Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of OndaSupply websites, applications, products, and related services, including WidgetStack. By using these services, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the services.

1. Who we are

OndaSupply provides software, creative tools, digital content, websites, and related services. This includes WidgetStack and other current or future products, features, and community surfaces made available through OndaSupply.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You may use the services only if you are legally allowed to do so. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under it.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date. You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services. This includes, without limitation:

• Using the services for unlawful purposes
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Interfering with the stability, security, or operation of the services
• Uploading malicious code, spam, or abusive content
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting affiliations
• Using shared tools or features to harass, abuse, or exploit others

4. User content and shared styles

Some parts of the services allow you to create, upload, submit, or share content. This may include widget styles, style codes, public links, screenshots, messages, attachments, creator profiles, and other materials.

You retain ownership of content you create, except to the extent that you grant rights necessary for us to operate the services. By submitting or sharing content through the services, you grant OndaSupply a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, promote, and provide the services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that your content does not violate the rights of others.

5. Creator submissions and ideas

If you submit ideas, concepts, mockups, styles, widget proposals, or similar materials to OndaSupply or WidgetStack, those submissions are voluntary unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Submitting an idea or design does not, by itself, create any employment relationship, contractor relationship, revenue share, royalty right, ownership percentage, or right to compensation.

If OndaSupply chooses to use, adapt, or build upon a submission, that work may be modified, renamed, simplified, combined with other work, or otherwise changed to fit the broader system. Separate terms would be required for any specific paid collaboration or licensed arrangement.

6. Availability and changes

The services may change over time. Features may be added, removed, limited, revised, renamed, or discontinued. Some parts of the services may be experimental, in testing, incomplete, or subject to interruption.

We do not guarantee that any feature, style, submission flow, or support surface will remain available in its current form.

7. Purchases, memberships, and supporter access

Some OndaSupply services may include optional purchases, memberships, supporter access, or paid tiers. Any such offerings may have additional terms, pricing details, or eligibility rules presented at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, paid access does not transfer ownership of OndaSupply products, intellectual property, or platform rights.

8. Intellectual property

OndaSupply, WidgetStack, and related branding, software, designs, text, graphics, and service materials are owned by OndaSupply or its licensors, except for user content owned by users.

You may not copy, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit protected materials beyond what is permitted by law or expressly allowed by us.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to some or all of the services if you violate these terms, create risk for the platform or other users, or misuse the services.

You may stop using the services at any time. If you want your account deleted, you may submit an account deletion request.

10. Disclaimers

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OndaSupply disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that all issues will be fixed.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OndaSupply will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the services.

If liability cannot be fully excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When that happens, the effective date at the top of the page will be updated. Continued use of the services after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
