OndaSupply ("we", "our", or "us") operates the WidgetStack mobile application and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our applications and services.
By using the application, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
Account Information
Users may optionally create an account. When creating an account, we collect:
- Email address
- Username
- Password
Account information is used only for authentication, syncing user data, and providing account-related features. Users may also use the app without creating an account.
Anonymous Identifiers
If you choose not to create an account, the application generates a random anonymous identifier used to support application functionality and analytics. This identifier does not personally identify you.
Analytics Information
The application collects limited usage analytics to improve functionality and stability. This may include:
- App openings
- Widget usage
- Feature interactions
- Crash reports
- Device model
- Android version
If you are using the app without an account, analytics data is associated only with the anonymous identifier. If you create an account, analytics may be associated with your account to improve support and troubleshooting.
We do not collect advertising identifiers and do not use analytics for advertising purposes.
Device Information
The application may collect basic device information including device model and operating system version. This information is used to improve compatibility and troubleshoot issues.
Push Notifications
The application may collect push notification tokens in order to deliver notifications related to support messages or service updates.
Push notifications are delivered using Firebase Cloud Messaging.
User Messages and Support
If you contact support through the application, we may store:
- Message text
- Uploaded images or attachments
- Message timestamps
This information is used solely to provide customer support and resolve issues.
User Generated Content
The application allows users to create and share widget styles. Stored data may include:
- Widget style configurations
- Style share codes
- Public style links
Shared styles may be accessible to other users if they are intentionally shared.
Permissions Used
- Internet Access – Used to communicate with OndaSupply servers and retrieve application data.
- Notification Permission – Used to deliver notifications related to support messages and service updates.
- Notification Access (Optional) – Users may optionally grant notification access so widgets can read media playback information for music widget functionality.
This access is optional and can be revoked at any time through Android system settings.
How We Use Information
- Provide core application functionality
- Enable account authentication
- Sync user-created content
- Deliver push notifications
- Provide customer support
- Improve application performance and stability
- Diagnose crashes and compatibility issues
We do not sell or share user data with advertisers or third parties.
Data Storage
User data is stored on secure servers operated by OndaSupply. We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect stored data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting support. When an account deletion request is received, associated account data will be permanently removed from our systems where reasonably possible.
Children’s Privacy
The application is intended for a general audience and is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Policy Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. When updates occur, the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
Continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
